I used LifeLaw's services to complete my estate planning. I was very impressed from my initial meeting. Both Harry and Cindy have always been helpful if I have had questions throughout and after the planning process. Harry did an excellent job of setting up my Will and Trust. I would recommend LifeLaw to anyone.
We were very happy with the advice we were given by LifeLaw, LLC. They came to our home several times when needed and allowed our children to participate in the proceedings for establishing a Trust. They were very professional.
Harry and Cindy did an excellent job. They were very patient with setting up appointments with my crazy schedule.
We are very pleased with our LifeLaw, LLC experience. Harry and Cindy were always punctual, professional, and willing to answer any and all questions, including questions not pertaining to the Trust. We would recommend them to anyone.
I loved working with LifeLaw. I was setting up a Trust for my older brother who was living in a Veteran's home. I didn't have to worry about picking up my brother and bringing him to an office. LifeLaw came to my home. Harry made us feel so comfortable and took his time and made sure we understood everything. Everyone involved was so friendly and helpful. I will recommend LifeLaw to all my friends and relatives.
Very pleased with LifeLaw. Reasonably priced and very efficient. The visit by Harry to my home was very convenient for me. I would recommend them highly.
My husband and I feel a great sense of peace of mind knowing that our family will benefit from knowing our wishes and protecting them from having to make difficult decisions. Harry Scaramella and the LifeLaw firm have been very helpful in helping us to define and record our wishes in a meaningful way. Thank you.
Very Professional and efficient.
Thank you for making estate planning & special needs trust set up so easy!
I would like to express gratitude to Harry and his team with the outstanding support provided during the preparation of both our and my parents estate planning. Harry provided knowledgable answers to all our questions and was never pushy in his approach. Because of his patience and understanding, we were able to develop an estate plan for both ourselves and my parents. Given my parent's ages and reluctance to work with most all lawyers, Harry's patience and simple explanations convinced them that preparing a detailed estate plan was the right thing to do. Without Harry, I truly believe that this would not have been possible. Every member of Harry's team has been excellent.
I wanted to send this short note of thanks to Harry for his insight and direction in what we (my two brothers and myself) found to be a rather confusing and complicated Medicaid issue. Harry helped us make sense of this difficult, and quite frankly, stressful situation. He showed great compassion and patience. We are indebted to Harry and thank him for his professional advice and support. We also couldn't have found a nicer guy to work with. Thank you Harry!
Preserving what you have for use while alive and for beneficiaries is a capitol responsibility. Happily, my financial advisor referred me to LifeLaw, LLC, where Attorney Scaramella designed a solution to best achieve my goals. I look forward to many years of rewarding association with this firm comprised of real people clearly committed to serving the clients.
Harry of LifeLaw, LLC was invaluable in helping us through a difficult time. As Dad's dementia progressed, it was taking its toll on our mother, as a caregiver at home, and our family. We knew it was only a matter of time before Dad would have to be placed in a nursing home. We were faced with the prospect of large monthly bills and Mom and Dad losing their home and life savings. We didn't know what to do and how to negotiate the system. We needed to set up a Medicaid Asset Protection Trust that would preserve as many of their assets as possible. Harry walked us through the process and made it easy. He and his staff answered all of our questions, no matter how trivial. Harry also took the time to come to our home for several meetings, rather than making us come to him. After Dad passed, there was not much left to be done. Thankfully, we had planned ahead. It was time and money well spent!
